Our business of supplying Electric Vehicle Chargers has been growing rapidly and we were experiencing growing pains with cash pressures and processes not developing at the required rate to support the business. We engaged the outsourced CFO to assist and guide us.
Brian came into the business and was able to assist in navigating our way through this growth phase. We immediately improved the way we ran our Inventory system and were able to get a better feel for Cost of Goods, Profitability and have more confidence about our cash management. In the process we have built a strong finance team headed by a full time Financial Controller under Brian’s guidance. We are very grateful to Brian and his team for their assistance in getting us thought this stage and enabling us to effectively scale the business to meet the market demand.
