Brian was introduced to our business as we were looking to improve our Management Reporting, a lack of clarity around the financial performance of the business and cash management.
Whilst the initial decision was difficult, we have never looked back since. Brian now takes a financial leadership role within the business. He is part of our Advisory Board, our Executive Management team and provides support to all staff on any financial matters, including mentoring and leading our small finance function.
In our meetings we now have financials which not only provide a clear picture of past results but also look forward. We now have key metrics which the business uses to monitor performance and a much tighter control over cash. Furthermore, Brian is always a good sounding board for any issues that exist within the business.
